Flight Booking terms & conditions

• The total price quoted/shared includes all applicable government taxes.

• All flight tickets are non-refundable until specified.

• You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

• There will be no refund for ‘no-shows’ or any partially unused flights.

• To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you’ll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

• Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

• All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.

• Special case like Unaccompanied minor, Special person, Disability, Pregnant women, VIP and others will be covered under airline policy only.

• As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.

• For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.

• Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.

• Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat/meal allocations.

• Whistling Travel can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you’ll need to contact the airline directly.
• Every booking made on Whistling Travel is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
• If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
• In addition to the airline’s amendment charges, Whistling Travel charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment within India Domestic bookings.
• We’ll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We’ll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
• Depending on the airline’s policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
• For within India Domestic bookings, if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline’s amendment charges.
• For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 400 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline’s amendment charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Every booking made on Whistling Travel is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
• Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline’s policy.
• Convenience fee is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or flight cancellation by the airline.
• Offline cancellations: We accept cancellation requests through phone. However, Whistling Travel cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher.
• In addition to the airline’s cancellation charges, for within India Domestic bookings, Whistling Travel charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector.
• For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), Whistling Travel charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 649 per passenger per ticket.
• Only cancellation requests made telephonically, or by e-mail through our customer support shall be entertained.

Refunds
• It is mandatory to contact Whistling Travel for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked with Whistling Travel.
• If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
• If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
• All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Whistling Travel by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
• Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
• Whistling Travel shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes to us your eligible refund.

No Show
• The Airline reserves the right of admission or boarding for onward or return flight, in case the customer fails to board any segment of the travel for his itinerary.
• Whistling Travel shall not be responsible or liable for such refusal of admission or boarding.

GST
• GSTIN cannot be updated once booking is completed.
Denied Boarding
• In case the customer is denied boarding due to VISA, Name, adequate funds or any other issues, Whistling Travel is not liable for this.

Flight Reschedule/Cancellations
• Whistling Travel will not be responsible for any flight reschedules/cancellations by the airline.

Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.


• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed after payment (full or partial). Guests must provide valid ID and confirmation details at check-in.


Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations within the permitted period may qualify for refunds. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payments.


Payments: Full payment is required before check-in unless specified. Accepted modes include cards, online transfers, and other agreed methods.


Room Occupancy: Rates cover the number of guests specified. Extra guests may incur additional charges.


Booking Amendments: Changes to reservations (dates, room types) are subject to availability and may involve extra costs.


Special Requests: Requests like extra beds or specific room types are subject to availability and must be made in advance.


Damages & Liability: Guests are responsible for property damages during their stay. Neither the hotel nor the agency is liable for lost or stolen items.


Child & Pet Policies: Policies vary by hotel. Confirm details regarding children or pets before booking.


Taxes & Fees: Rates include applicable taxes unless stated. Local fees, such as tourism taxes, are paid directly to the hotel.
